• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to bet jbd immediately.

If any of the details provided at registration change, your account profile must be updated as soon as possible. bet jbd is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

Bet jbd strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from creating or using an account. You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification Process:

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID Card (NID) or passport must be submitted.

• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals will not be processed without KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bet jbd reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold if any suspicious activity is detected.

Bet jbd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which should be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the Wagering Requirement has been met after accepting a bonus.
• Wagering Requirements are typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering on certain games may count partially or in full toward the Wagering Requirement.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Bet jbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — is a punishable offence. This may result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

The following rules must be followed when playing games on bet jbd:

• Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bet jbd will determine the outcome based on system logs.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to our support team within 48 hours.
• If a technical error is detected in a game, bets placed in that round may be voided.
• Bet jbd is not liable for any disconnection from a live game due to internet issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet jbd and may result in account closure:

• Use of bots or automated software: Bots, scripts, and any form of automation are strictly prohibited.

• Fraud: The use of any fraudulent methods or strategies in games is strictly prohibited.

Bet jbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating the Terms and Conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• If KYC information is found to be false or incomplete.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided no terms have been violated. You may also request to close your own account at any time.
